Spring Cleaning

Spring clean up tasks help maintain the health of your property and bring curb appeal to your potential clients. Contracted spring clean up services should include leaves, sticks, litter, and debris removal from turf areas and mulch beds. Mulch beds should be weeded, cleaned, edged, and mulched. After a long gray winter season, spring clean up is a must for commercial properties looking to present a professional image.

Lawn Maintenance

Lawn maintenance is another contracted service that commercial clients can enjoy from mid April through mid November. All lawn areas are mowed and trimmed. Clippings and other debris are blown off of walkways and entrances of buildings. Consistent trimming encourages a mature thick lawn, while still maintaining a well groomed appearance for your office or complex.

Lawn Fertilization Program

Fertilization promotes lush, green grass growth while also aiding in disease prevention. A well fertilized landscape is less likely to be damaged by pests and diseases. Turf needs specific nutrients to thrive and a fertilization program supports this. Through the April-November season a high quality landscaper will fertilize up to 5 times, but can add more depending on the what your turf requires. This is an important service for all commercial customers to give your grass the green pop the stands out.

Tree and Shrub Care

Trees and shrubs can quickly become overgrown and unkept when not properly maintained. A professional landscaper should include tree and shrub care in their contracted commercial landscaping services. All shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet in height will be pruned to maintain shape and health. Debris generated during this pruning process should also be removed from the property to ensure a well manicured look.
